| EVAD Systems stands behind it's work! If you are not satisfied with our work, first give us a chance to make you a satisfied customer. If after three attempts to rectify the situation, you are still not satisfied, here is our guarantee: | |||
| For network & other equipment installations, if you are not completely satisfied with our work, we will refund the labor portion of our fees. Any fees charged for equipment purchased for the job are refundable only if we re-take possession of the equipment and it is fully functional and undamaged. This guarantee is in effect for 30 days from date of job completion. Refunds may be issues as account credits or payments by check, at the discretion of the company. | |||
| For software and/or hardware troubleshooting, if we don't fix the problem, you will only pay a $ 15.00 callout fee. If this software and/or hardware troubleshooting is performed remotely and we don't fix the problem, then you pay NOTHING. | |||
| This guarantee is effective 1/1/06. No other guarantees or warranties are expressed or implied. Equipment and software are covered under their respective manufacturers warranties. | |||
