| Overview
of Webinars |
When you
participate in a webinar, you will be using a remote viewing tool that also has chat,
video and voice capabilities. You will be viewing your presenter's computer desktop.
Your presenter will use the desktop to run a presentation or demonstrate the topic
live. If your
computer is properly equipped and configured, you will be able to use voice to ask
questions and get answers from your presenter. Using video, you can see your
presenter in addition to viewing the presenter's computer desktop.
It is very helpful to download and read the
instructions before the date and time of your webinar. If you have any questions you
may contact us prior to the start of the webinar and avoid any issues. |

| Charges |
The
charge for a webinar is $ 45.00 not including applicable taxes. We accept credit
cards for payment. Once you have remitted payment, you will receive an email with
the partner id and password. At the appointed date and time you will follow the
webinar instructions to connect to the webinar. |

| Refunds |
There
are no refunds for webinars. At our discretion, we may issue a credit for a future
webinar. |
